Home Health Physical Therapist - Flexible Schedule
Pay: $80 per visit
Location: O‘ahu, HI
Schedule: Per Diem (PRN)
What You’ll Do
Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Improve mobility, balance, strength, and safety.
Provide patient and caregiver education.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
Hawaii Physical Therapist license.
Minimum one year of clinical experience.
Home health experience preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
