Job description
Visiting Nurse Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes around Atlanta. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and comfort.
The role requires GA licensure, a PT doctorate, CPR, and reliable transportation. You will work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with visits across Dunwoody, Decatur, Brookhaven, and surrounding areas.
