Job description
Riverside Health System is hiring a Physical Therapist for home health in Newport News, VA. The role requires evaluating patients, determining PT diagnoses, developing a plan of care, and performing PT procedures to restore function and mobility.
The therapist will conduct timely assessments and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications include a physical therapy degree (Bachelors, Masters, or DPT) and Virginia license; CPR/BLS within 30 days.
