Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health care team in Dekalb County and the I-20 Corridor. You will assess patients, develop plans of care, and administer therapy in the comfort of patients' homes, helping them recover from illness or injury.
This full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, collaborative care with a regional health team, ongoing documentation, and opportunities to educate patients and families about home exercise programs
