Job description
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a licensed physical therapist to perform in-home evaluations and develop personalized care plans. You will deliver targeted therapy to improve strength, balance, gait, and mobility in clients within their homes.
Collaborate with nurses, OTs, HHAs, and case managers, document progress in our mobile EMR, and ensure safety and quality aligned with BrightStar standards. Flexible hours and strong support are provided.
