Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Medical Center Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in their homes, focusing on mobility, endurance, and pain relief. Roles available as full-time or part-time within the Optum family.
The PT will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, perform interventions, document progress, and educate families. A TN license and CPR certification are required, with reliable transportation encouraged.
