Job description
Heartland Home Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy to patients in West Branch, MI. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm), a sign-on bonus of $15,000, full benefits, and a fleet car program.
You will evaluate and treat patients, develop goals, educate families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and safety at home.
