Job description
AccentCare in Desoto, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health to evaluate and treat patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, develop treatment plans, and document progress consistent with policy.
This full-time role requires CAPTE-approved PT education, at least nine months of experience, and a valid state license with CPR. Travel to agency locations is expected; the coverage area includes Ellis County and lower Dallas County.
