Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Medical Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes. You will apply physical modalities to improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living activities, and educate families and staff as part of a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities include delivering skilled services under physician orders, following the plan of care, and working under the Branch Director's supervision.
