Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Missouri. You will assess patients’ functional status, develop and implement PT plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities include delivering prescribed interventions, documenting progress, and communicating with patients and families about goals and expectations.
