Job description
Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, assess and treat patients, and guide families in therapy routines. You will work under physician plans of care to promote functional independence across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
Required licenses and a background in home health are essential; preferred experience includes 1 year with adults in home health or rehab settings.
