Job description
Well Care Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional care in patients' homes across the Carolinas. This role requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensure in NC/SC, with CPR certification.
A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred. You will educate patients and families, monitor progress, and coordinate with our care team.
