Job description
Elite Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist for home health in Helena, AR and surrounding areas. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement a treatment plan, and coordinate with prescribers and care teams to improve mobility and pain management.
You must hold Arkansas PT licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
