Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment to patients, improving mobility and everyday functioning through skilled physical therapy.
You will deliver care per physician orders, participate in specialty programs, educate families, and collaborate with the branch team to support patient independence and quality of life in home settings.
