Job description
Compassus is seeking a licensed Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver coordinated care to patients of all ages in a home health setting. You will plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, collaborate with the IDT, and ensure documentation and compliance with third-party payors.
The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, an active PT license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
