Job description
Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement PT care for patients in the home setting. You will collaborate with the IDT to develop and update the Plan of Care, and educate patients and families on safe transfer techniques and exercise programs.
The ideal candidate holds a BS in Physical Therapy, an active PT license, and CPR certification, with two years of acute care or rehab experience preferred.
