Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for full time, part time, or per diem home visit opportunities serving adult and geriatric clients in Upper Montgomery County.
You will perform assessments, design and implement personalized care plans, educate clients and families, and document care using EMR on a touch pad tablet. A PA PT license and at least one year of PT experience are required, with BAYADA offering a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus.
