Job description
Echo Rehabilitation Center in Goshen, NY seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for full-time work in patients' homes. You will assess, design, and oversee personalized rehabilitation plans, performing therapeutic exercises and using diverse modalities.
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and accurate EHR documentation are essential. The role requires NY state PT licensure and a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; MSPT or DPT is preferred.
