Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the home setting, improving mobility and independence under physician orders. You will work with the health care team to implement plans of care and educate families.
The role requires current PT licensure in Florida, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation for in-home visits; travel and driving are essential parts of the position.
