Job description
AccentCare in Lake Jackson, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health. You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, educate families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining an appropriate caseload and meeting agency productivity standards.
Requirements include a CAPTE‑accredited Master’s degree in physical therapy, a minimum nine months of PT experience (home health preferred), active TX PT license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
