Job description
UnitedHealth Group seeks a Physical Therapist for home health serving Casey County. You will assess functional status, plan and implement interventions to improve mobility and pain, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
The role requires active PT licensure in the practicing state, a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation. CPR certification is preferred to complete within 90 days of hire.
