Job description
St. Luke’s University Health Network in Sellersville, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health to provide high-quality therapy in patients’ homes under physician orders and agency guidelines.
You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise staff as needed, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. CPR certification is required and a valid PA/NJ driver’s license is necessary.
