Job description
New Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our home health team in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care at patients' homes and contribute to improving mobility and comfort.
The role requires evaluating and treating residents under physician orders, planning care, and coordinating with staff. California licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license are required; home health experience is preferred.
