Job description
Angels Care Home Health in Vansant, VA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans aimed at restoring or maintaining well-being. You will organize PT treatment programs based on medical referrals and evaluations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Requirements include a current state PT license, at least two years of PT experience, current CPR and hepatitis profile, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.
