Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health in Arkansas. You will perform assessments, develop and implement a plan of care, and provide interventions to improve patient function and comfort.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, coordinating with physicians, documenting progress, and ensuring care complies with state guidelines. A valid Arkansas PT license and CPR certification are required; a reliable vehicle and driver’s license are preferred.
