Job description
PeaceHealth Home Health in Florence, Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The role includes evaluating patients, establishing plans of care, and delivering treatment in the patient’s home environment.
The team collaborates with nurses, therapists, social workers and aides to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes. A current Physical Therapist license in Oregon, BLS, and a valid driver’s license are required.
