Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Florida. The role involves evaluating mobility, creating plans of care, and delivering therapy in patients' homes.
The position is full-time with visits Monday through Friday serving Hernando and Citrus Counties, requiring an unrestricted PT license, CPR, and a driver’s license. OASIS documentation experience is a plus and a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
