Job description
Iowa Home Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home evaluations, develop treatment plans, and guide patients toward independence in the comfort of their own homes. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life, educate patients and caregivers, and document progress in accordance with agency standards.
A minimum of two years of home health PT experience and Iowa licensure are required.
