Job description
Sunbelt Staffing seeks an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes, helping regain mobility and independence. The role requires an active PT license in the state and at least one year in home health, with OASIS and HCHB familiarity preferred.
You will travel across a defined territory, manage a meaningful caseload, and collaborate with the care team. The contract is full-time for 13 weeks, with weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
