Job description
Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy, assess patient progress, and document outcomes while collaborating with the care team. The role requires a Virginia PT license and CAPTE-accredited education with at least one year of professional experience.
