Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time home health role in the Londonderry, NH area. The PT will perform home visits to adult and geriatric clients, conducting mobility assessments, gait training, and wound care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
