Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Colorado is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to examine and treat patients at home, using modalities to improve mobility and independence, and to support family caregivers under physician orders and care plans. You will work 4–10 hour shifts with mandatory Saturday and Sunday work, enjoy generous PTO, and benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage.
