Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver skilled therapies designed to improve mobility and independence in daily living.
This role requires a valid state driver's license, auto liability insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in all weather. You will work under the Branch Director and may participate in our Balance and Fall Prevention,
