Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in patients' homes across California. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
The role requires an APTA-approved PT program graduate with an active state license and at least one year of facility-based experience. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.
