BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time home health role serving adult and geriatric clients in Cuyahoga County, OH. New grads welcome with mentorship available.
The PT will perform home visits, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and educate clients and families, using EMR documentation. Requirements include OH PT license, 1 year PT experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
