Job description
Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health and post-acute care. You will plan, organize, and deliver therapy programs aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and preventing deformities while collaborating with the care team.
The role requires state licensure, BLS, and the ability to travel within a 40-mile radius. Mileage reimbursement is offered and the majority of work will be in Sioux Falls.
