Job description
Spokane Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist to assess and plan care for home health patients in Washington. You will evaluate mobility, endurance, and pain to develop an effective treatment plan and provide interventions to improve well-being.
Responsibilities include developing the therapy plan with the physician, coordinating with the care team, and documenting progress.
