Job description
UPMC Home Health in the Dauphin County area is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will deliver one-on-one evaluations and treatment in patients' homes, guiding rehabilitation with compassion.
This role offers Monday–Friday daylight shifts, on-call weekends rotations, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team supported by UPMC’s extensive resources.
