Job description
Peace and Harmony Homecare LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide professional PT services in patients' homes and collaborate with the care team. You will educate patients and families, perform assessments, and contribute to plan of care development and implementation.
Requirements include CAPTE-approved PT education, US licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of PT experience, along with a criminal background check. Travel to patient residences is required.
