BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a per diem home health role serving Montgomery County, Maryland. You will provide in-home rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients, performing assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
