Job description
AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH in Vidalia, GA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home health care. You will assess movement, plan interventions, and monitor progress in patients' homes, adjusting care as needed.
The role requires state licensure, a CAPTE-accredited PT program, and CPR certification. Prior home health experience is preferred; duties include reexaminations every 30 days and discharge planning.
