Watch our "Now Hiring" commercial: Compensation * $80–$85 per patient visit * $200 per Start of Care (SOC) visit * Full-Time Position * Flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build your own caseload What You'll Do * Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes. * Perform comprehensive initial evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments. * Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. * Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. * Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes. * Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications * Current Hawaiʻi Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. * Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred. * Home Health experience is a plus, but not required. * Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. * Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. * Ability to travel throughout Oʻahu to provide in-home patient care. * Passion for serving seniors with compassion and professionalism.
