Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) in the Sarasota County area. If you're looking for more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity, this is the role for you.
Coverage Area: South Sarasota (Venice, Englewood, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda) (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential
Pay-per-visit model: $70–$75 per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full-time earnings: $95,000 – $120,000+
Top performers earn $150K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
