n nYour Typical Day
nnFunctional Mobility Overhaul: Design strength, gait, and balance programs utilizing the exact stairs, hallways, and obstacles your patients face daily.
nPreemptive Injury Prevention: Evaluate home safety layouts to spot severe fall risks and recommend immediate, life-changing changes.
nEmpower the Care Circle: Teach family members proper body mechanics, transfer strategies, and safe movement techniques.
nCollaborative Care: Communicate updates with our nursing and medical team to ensure every patient has a unified roadmap to recovery.
n nWhat You Need to Succeed
nnThe Background: Minimum 1 year of clinical PT experience (home health background is an awesome bonus, but we will happily train the right clinician!).
nThe Credentials: Active State Physical Therapist (PT) License.
nThe Essentials: A valid driver#39;s license, active auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and a passion for community care.
