nnReal-World Rehab: Design strength, balance, and gait training programs utilizing the exact stairs, carpets, and hallways your patients use every day.
nDethrone Fall Risks: Use your clinical eyes to assess home environments, identifying hidden dangers and prescribing smart modifications to keep patients safe.
nEmpower Care Teams: Teach family members proper body mechanics and safe transfer strategies to give them full confidence in assisting their loved ones.
nHolistic Collaboration: Communicate with our tight-knit team of nurses and medical providers to build comprehensive, seamless patient care plans.
n nWhat It Takes to Join
nnThe Clinical Track Record: At least 1 year of clinical PT experience (home health background is an awesome bonus, but not required).
nThe Credentials: Active State Physical Therapist (PT) License.
nThe Drive: A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a passion for working independently out in the community.
