Job description
Ohio Living Village Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and treatments under physician orders. You will participate in OASIS-based planning, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and guide patients toward maximum function in their home environment.
New graduates welcome, with preference for those experienced in geriatric care and home health modalities.
