Job description
Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, assessing and treating patients to restore function and independence. You will work with a compassionate team from Monday to Friday on day shifts, in a full-time role with a focus on home health.
A current PT license is required, with BLS by AHA within 30 days, and a preferred 1 year of adult home health experience.
