Job description
At Home Healthcare, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist in Home Health to perform comprehensive assessments of functional status, mobility, endurance, and pain, forming a tailored treatment plan and measuring progress.
You will implement interventions to improve wellbeing, document visits, and communicate plans of care to patients and families, following state guidelines and policy.
