Job description
Capital Region Home Health, part of LHC Group, is hiring a Physical Therapist in Home Health. You will evaluate patients, determine treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve well-being under state guidelines.
Applicants must have a current Physical Therapy license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation. A full-time schedule offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
