Job description
CenterWell Home Health in the United States is seeking a licensed physical therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation, helping patients regain strength, mobility and independence.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will plan and implement treatment, document progress, and supervise PTAs/Home Health Aides. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and a company vehicle program.
